Before retiring in 2020 due to disability, I spent three decades focusing on making the world a better place. In addition to working directly for many social service organizations in counselling, community development and program development capacities, I consulted with NGOs on marketing, research & program evaluation, governance and development projects. My PhD research focused on the intersection of language and power in relationships between NGOs and the private sector.
